"I need a Holiday-ay!"

I've been working my arrrrrse off on various projects for uni, involving videos, promotional material, 'contemporary art' involving shipping containers, glue and monkey skeletons (please, don't even ask) and a few presentations.

I did get bored at work last night and posted one new topic in every sub-forum, hehe. The place was all quiet without you, Gen, it was just me and Shane talking crap everyday! Lol

Aww, Now I feel like a mother who abandoned her babies lol *checks the place for scorch marks, broken vases carefully glued back together and tell-tale carpet stains*

I think this time of the year is when it gets busy before Xmas, getting everything in order and the serious stuff done and dusted so we can soon prepare for the Xmas wind down.

You sound like you're been going flat tack too, how is your dismantled set of drawers coming along? You must post up a pic, would love to see the monstrosity in all its hideous glory lol

We all sat down and had a chat as a class, and came to the conclusion that: a) We had a week to go until final presentation, b) We had no idea what was required or expected of us.

Morale is a wee bit low.

HA HA HA. Naaah, my theme has expanded (no pun intended), because it has to be displayed in a shipping container.

Inside the container will be a perfect replica of a business office if it was dumped in a jungle for a few decades. Vines puncturing desks, animal skeletons, video projections of moving shadows that squeak, coffee mugs with wild flowers growing in them, and loads of other stuff. (We don't have to actually BUILD it, just propose it).

i know what you both mean. im flat tack with work also, making sure all my girls sell through their xmas orders and organising an awards evening and two day training........phew!!! i know i need a ""holidaaaayyyy""
