And I am a caffinolic.

It has been five days since my last caffeinated drink. No pepsi, coke or coffee. And I am very proud of myself.

*sits back down*

Okay this is day seven and I have hit a wall.

I feel like I'm constantly running in a small cupboard marked "pain".

Hopefully will pass.

Your body will thank you for it-eventually! I went thru withdrawals from fizzy drinks, was sheer hell.

It passed! I loaded up on Ma Higgens cookies, jelly snakes and L&P all yesterday afternoon.

Just about threw up from it but it got my blood sugar levels back to normal!!
